There are profound challenges in how we experience digital and physical worlds. Broken systems that frustrate rather than excite. Interfaces that exclude rather than embrace. Technologies that isolate rather than connect. Products that lack humanity.
My work focuses on discovering how people interact with different systems in the digital and physical world, uncovering the stories within. I talk with people and learn from them. Their behaviours, emotions, and unheard needs. By translating these insights into design, I construct experiences that excite people.
